Marmion Ballroom

The Marmion Ballroom gives larger groups room to gather without losing the ease of the estate setting. It is suited to conferences, gala dinners, awards nights, product launches and residential events where the room, dining, accommodation and guest movement all need to work together.

Used as one complete ballroom, Marmion creates a generous setting for full-room presentations, seated dining or larger cocktail-style events. For programs that need more flexibility, the space can be divided into Marmion I and Marmion II, allowing planners to shape the day around plenary sessions, breakout rooms, private dining or networking.

Located 45 minutes from Melbourne, Yarra Valley Lodge gives conference groups the space to meet, dine and stay in one estate setting. Delegates can move from the main session into breaks, networking, dinner or overnight accommodation without the program feeling scattered across multiple locations.

For multi-day events, the Marmion Ballroom can anchor the main program, with nearby spaces used for smaller sessions, outdoor breaks or informal conversations between agenda items.

AV and Event Support

Marmion Ballroom includes built-in AV for presentations and event content, including data projector, screen, audio, lectern, lectern microphone, handheld microphone, stage, flipchart, whiteboard, HDMI connectivity and Wi-Fi.

For more detailed production requirements, Yarra Valley Lodge works with Myles AV, the Lodge’s audio visual partner. Their team can provide tailored conference technology, equipment and technical support, from simple presentation setups through to larger-scale production requirements.
