Pre-Function Space

Set directly outside the Marmion Ballroom, the Pre-Function Area gives larger events a natural place to gather before, between and after the main session.

Across the day, it can shift from registration and morning coffee to conference breaks, networking or pre-dinner drinks. For planners, it adds useful space around the ballroom without separating guests from the main event.

The Pre-Function Area can change purpose as the event moves through the day. It might begin with registration and coffee on arrival, become the break space between conference sessions, then shift again for networking or drinks before dinner.
