Guests arrive to welcome drinks on the Conservatory Terrace as late afternoon light settles over the greens, before moving into a seasonal menu shaped around fresh, regional produce and the Yarra Valley’s cool-climate wines. Conversation stretches, glasses refill and the atmosphere remains relaxed yet refined.
Our flexible event spaces allow each celebration to take its own form, whether it’s a long-table lunch, a sunset cocktail gathering or an evening event that carries on well into the night. With accommodation on site, guests can stay over and continue the occasion the following morning with breakfast at Bella Restaurant overlooking the estate.
From smaller festive gatherings in the Wortley Room to seated dinners for up to 200 guests in the Marmion Ballroom, Yarra Valley Lodge can accommodate celebrations of varying sizes. The Conservatory caters for up to 100 guests for seated dining or 200 for cocktail-style events, while spaces such as Bella Private Dining Room and Lodge Bar Bistro suit more intimate lunches, dinners and drinks.
