Made for the Main Conference

Marmion I gives conference groups a generous space for the main session, with Marmion II available when the agenda moves into smaller groups. The Pre-Function Area and Conservatory Terrace sit just outside, giving the day room to move beyond the meeting space between sessions for tea breaks or trade displays.

Just 45 minutes from Melbourne, Yarra Valley Lodge also gives teams the opportunity to turn a conference into time away in the Yarra Valley. Stay onsite, spend time across the estate and make the setting part of the time together.

AV and Event Support

Marmion I includes built-in AV with projector, screen and audio, along with a stage, lectern, lectern microphone, handheld microphone, flipchart, whiteboard, HDMI connectivity and Wi-Fi. For additional production requirements, Yarra Valley Lodge works with Myles AV, the Lodge’s audio visual partner, who can provide tailored equipment and technical support.

Beyond the Meeting Room

The estate setting gives planners room to build more into the event. Use the nearby Conservatory Terrace for outdoor gatherings, continue into drinks at Lodge Bar Bistro, or bring the group together over dinner at Bella Restaurant.
