Wortley is one of Yarra Valley Lodge’s more intimate meeting rooms, with natural light, direct courtyard access and a boardroom setting that suits smaller groups who need space to think, talk and make decisions.

For larger conferences, Wortley also has a practical role behind the scenes. It can become a dedicated secretariat room, speaker preparation space or a quiet base for organisers, keeping key people close to the main event while giving them somewhere separate to work.

A Meeting Room With Room to Step Outside

Just 45 minutes from Melbourne, Wortley gives smaller corporate groups a Yarra Valley meeting setting that feels removed from the usual city boardroom. The courtyard sits directly outside the room, giving delegates an easy change of scene between conversations while still remaining close to the wider conference facilities at the Lodge.

For executive meetings or residential conferences, onsite accommodation and dining also make it easy to extend the time together beyond the meeting itself and experience more of the Yarra Valley.

AV and Event Support

Wortley includes a 65-inch TV screen, flipchart, whiteboard, HDMI connectivity and Wi-Fi. For additional AV requirements, Yarra Valley Lodge works with Myles AV, who can provide microphones, equipment and technical support where required.

Beyond the Meeting Room

For overnight meetings, delegates can stay onsite and continue into dinner at Bella Restaurant or Lodge Bar Bistro before returning for breakfast the following morning. The wider estate also gives smaller groups the opportunity to spend time outdoors or build a Yarra Valley experience into their stay.
