Bella Private Dining Room offers a more intimate setting within Yarra Valley Lodge, with natural light, courtyard access and the flexibility to move easily between business and social occasions.

During the day, it can host a smaller conference session or executive meeting before being reset for lunch or dinner. For private events, the room works particularly well for intimate weddings, milestone celebrations and hosted dining where guests can enjoy a little more privacy while staying close to Bella Restaurant and the wider estate.

From the Meeting Room to the Table

Bella Private Dining Room can start the day as a meeting space and finish it around the table. A strategy session can roll into lunch, or an afternoon gathering can continue into dinner, with the courtyard nearby for a break or pre-dinner drink.

For executive retreats and smaller residential meetings, it gives the day a more relaxed rhythm and makes food part of the experience, rather than something separate from it.

Private Dining and Intimate Celebrations

For smaller weddings and private celebrations, Bella Private Dining Room offers the privacy of its own space while remaining connected to the atmosphere of the Lodge. The courtyard adds another place for guests to gather, while Bella Restaurant is close by for events that extend into a broader dining experience.

AV and Event Support

Bella Private Dining Room includes built-in AV with projector, screen and audio, along with flipchart, whiteboard, HDMI connectivity and Wi-Fi. For additional production requirements, Yarra Valley Lodge works with Myles AV, who can provide tailored audio visual equipment and technical support.
