Mont De Lancey Historic Homestead and Museum gives guests staying at Yarra Valley Lodge a closer look at the early settler history of the Yarra Valley.

Set in Wandin North, Mont De Lancey is a historic homestead, museum and working heritage property built around the story of the Sebire family, who settled in the area in the 1860s. The property includes the 1880s homestead, museum collection, slab kitchen, former milking shed, dairy, chapel, gardens and spaces where traditional trades are still demonstrated.

The drive is simple from the Lodge and works well if you are planning a day around Wandin, local produce stops, nearby gardens or a scenic loop through the Valley.
