For Yarra Valley conference groups, executive retreats and residential meetings, it creates a setting where delegates can step away from the city without stepping away from everything an event needs.

The room can host a conference of up to 100 guests theatre-style, while its adaptable layout also lends itself to more interactive sessions and events that move from daytime meetings into evening dining or drinks.

Space to Reset Between Sessions

Just 45 minutes from Melbourne, Yarra Valley Lodge gives conference groups the chance to step out of the city and experience more of the Yarra Valley as part of the event itself. Between sessions, delegates can spend time outdoors across the estate, stay onsite overnight and continue the experience over dinner and breakfast.

For residential conferences and executive retreats, Birrarung offers a light-filled meeting space within a setting that encourages teams to connect beyond the agenda and spend more time together in the region.

AV and Event Support

Birrarung includes built-in AV with projector, screen and audio, along with flipchart, whiteboard, HDMI connectivity and Wi-Fi. A lectern and microphone can also be connected in the room.

For additional production requirements, Yarra Valley Lodge works with Myles AV, who can provide tailored audio visual equipment and technical support.

Beyond the Meeting Room

Use the wider estate to give delegates a genuine change of pace between sessions. Build in time outdoors, bring the group together over dinner at Bella Restaurant or stay onsite and continue the conversation over breakfast the following morning.
