Join us for an exclusive culinary event, “Yarra Valley Meets the City,” a one-night-only collaboration between Rydges Melbourne and Yarra Valley Lodge. This unique dining experience, created by renowned executive chefs Steve Scambler and Paul Griffiths, showcases over 30 years of combined culinary expertise with a bespoke menu highlighting the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from the Yarra Valley’s local producers.

Bringing the best of the Yarra Valley’s culinary excellence to the heart of the city, with a focus on sustainability and supporting local suppliers, the menu will feature dishes made from the freshest ingredients, including trout from Buxton, artisanal cheeses from Mill Grove Dairy, and seasonal herbs and native ingredients from Spurrell Foraging. Each course has been perfectly paired with spirits and wines from the region including Four Pillars, Giant Steps and Levantine Hill Estate.
