Join us for an evening celebrating one of Australia’s most iconic gin distilleries. Hosted by Four Pillars’ Nick Tesar alongside Head Chef Steve Scambler, enjoy the Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin Feast, a three-course dining experience inspired by the bold flavours of Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin. Showcasing Yarra Valley produce and exclusive Bloody Shiraz Gin cocktails created for the evening, the menu celebrates the connection between Four Pillars and the region that inspired its iconic Bloody Shiraz Gin.

A celebration of local flavour

We’re partnering with Four Pillars Gin for an evening that brings together exceptional food, handcrafted cocktails and the stories behind one of Australia’s most awarded distilleries.

Co-hosted by Four Pillars’ Nick Tesar, guests will enjoy the Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin Feast, a three-course menu by Head Chef Steve Scambler inspired by the bold flavours of Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin and showcasing the best of Yarra Valley produce. The evening begins with a Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin & Tonic and roaming canapés before guests take their seats for the main course, finishing at Chef Darcy’s dessert bar. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy exclusive Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin cocktails created especially for the event, alongside a Yarra Valley Shiraz that celebrates the region’s Shiraz grapes, the inspiration behind Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin.

Throughout the evening, Four Pillars’ Nick Tesar will share the inspiration behind the cocktails and the story of Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin, one of Australia’s most recognised craft gins.

Head Chef Steve Scambler will introduce each course, sharing how the bold flavours of Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin inspired the menu and how Yarra Valley produce has been thoughtfully woven throughout each dish.

Together, they’ll take you behind the flavours, sharing the craftsmanship that brings each dish and drink together.
