Our Covid-19 Practices & Processes

High standards of hygiene and cleanliness have always been a priority for us at Yarra Valley Lodge but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have elevated our processes to the highest level.


Our onsite housekeeping and maintenance staff are constantly sanitising the front and back of house areas as well as all guest touchpoints.  There is prominent signage throughout the hotel reminding you and other guests about hygiene and social distancing requirements during your stay.


On arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our team. In our efforts to protect you, other hotel guests and our team, we will guide you through our Covid-safe procedures and use of the hand sanitizer stations before you’re ready to relax and explore.  Eligible guests will receive an email the day of arrival to check-in online.


When you arrive at your room, please know that every measure has been taken to properly clean and sanitize all surfaces. All single use items such as pens, notepads and compendiums have been removed, taking away any worry about these little touchpoints.


When dining in Bella Restaurant, we have redesigned our dining experiences in line with 1.5m spacing and density requirements from local and national government authorities.
