Set out on a road trip around the Yarra Valley and you won't be dissapointed. At every turn there are historic villages, wineries, art galleries, not to mention a foodie heaven. Driving holidays are now becoming a big trend with international visitors to Australia, who are keen to self-navigate their way around our country. Not being tied to an airport schedule or long queues at the check-in counters are becoming a choice for more and more travellers.

The Dandenong Ranges is another lush, rainforesty drive. Mount Dandedong Tourist Road to take you to Olinda. Make sure you stop off along the way and view the spectacular scenery of rhododendrons (early Spring time), or head to the Look Out Point at Kalorama which gives fabulous views of the Warburton Ranges.
