Erin Thompson our Head Chef who heralds from Pearl and Latitude 141 is well versed in harnessing the best of the local region and using simple techniques to produce dishes that are true to their flavour.
With every turn of the season Erin and her team adapt menus at Bella Restaurant that feature a selection of the best and freshest ingredients available. Mushrooms in Autumn, Braisied beef cheeks in Winter, Berries in Summer, Peas in Spring are reflected across the menu.
